Each team can have up to 5 members.
Teams must prepare and present dishes in the main category. The secondary category is optional, but will allow teams to showcase their side dish or barbecue sauce creations.
$300 Entry Fee includes meat/food, or supply stipend, a space for a 10 x 10 pop-up tent and tables, and free event T-shirts for all team members. Benefits for team registration also includes promotion on banner, social media, newsletter, and website.
